This notice explains how Musterly uses cookies and similar technologies on the Musterly website and application. These services are provided by Brix Systems Limited, trading as Musterly.
Necessary technologies support security, sign-in, your organisation's settings, invitations, safety features and your cookie choices. They are always enabled because Musterly cannot provide these functions without them.
Analytics and Advertising measurement are optional and off unless you choose them. You can accept both, reject both, or manage them separately.
Rejecting optional technologies does not affect your ability to sign in or use the core Musterly service.
| Cookie | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
musterly_consent | Remembers your Analytics and Advertising measurement choices across the Musterly website and application. | 180 days |
musterly.session_token and musterly.session_data | Keeps you signed in and lets Musterly securely recognise your session. Secure versions of these names are used on HTTPS connections. | Session information: up to 30 days; supporting session data: up to 5 minutes |
musterly.two_factor | Completes a two-factor authentication challenge when required. | Up to 10 minutes |
orgId and platformAdminOrgId | Remembers the organisation you are working in and, where applicable, a temporary administrator context. | Up to 30 days; administrator context up to 1 day |
The application also stores limited information in your browser to remember your theme, complete invitation and device flows, restore an interrupted roll call, keep sign-in state in sync between tabs and return administrators to the correct page. This information supports features you request and is not used for analytics or advertising measurement.
If you choose Analytics, the marketing website uses Vercel Web Analytics to help us understand how the website is used. Vercel receives information about page visits and basic browser and device details. We use this information to improve the website.
Vercel Web Analytics is not loaded unless you choose Analytics.
If you choose Advertising measurement, Google Ads helps us understand whether an advertisement led to a successfully created Musterly workspace. Google may store conversion-related identifiers in cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw. The cookies used can vary depending on your browser and whether you arrived through an advertisement.
Musterly does not use Google Ads for remarketing or personalised advertising. The conversion event does not include your name, email address or login details.
Use the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of the website or application to change your choices at any time. If you withdraw consent, we stop optional analytics and advertising measurement immediately. The page reloads so those optional services remain disabled. Your login and security cookies are not affected.
Vercel provides optional website analytics, and Google provides optional advertising measurement. These providers operate internationally and may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on contractual and other safeguards designed to protect information transferred internationally. See our Privacy Notice for more information.
