Musterly is a workplace presence and safety platform operated by Brix Systems Limited, trading as Musterly (registered in England and Wales, company number 17123063).
By accessing or using Musterly — including this website and the Musterly application — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Musterly is currently in development and is not yet publicly available. These terms apply to interest registrations made via this website and will also govern access once the platform launches.

You and your organisation retain full ownership of the data you input into Musterly. We process it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
All data is stored in the European Union. We will not access your organisation's data except to provide technical support with your explicit permission, or as required by law.
Upon cancellation, you may export your data within the 30-day grace period. After that, all data is permanently deleted.
Musterly may connect to third-party access control systems (such as UniFi Access) using credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those systems and that doing so complies with your agreements with those vendors. Musterly is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party access control provider.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is in active development and may be subject to scheduled maintenance, updates, or occasional outages. We will communicate planned downtime where possible.
Musterly is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brix Systems Limited (trading as Musterly) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reliance on presence or roll call data for safety-critical decisions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
All intellectual property in the Musterly platform — including software, design, trademarks, and content — belongs to Brix Systems Limited. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in our IP beyond the right to use the service as described.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of Musterly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
